Last day

Today is the last day.
I am nervous because I don't want to go Japan!!
I would like to stay in Canada more few days with this members.

I love Victoria♡ I love UVic Students,I mean our members♡

In the morning, we had two classes. First,we gave some information about presentation with Aleagh.I think we did ours best!Second,we told about a report of Gray Line Tours.We took some mistake!

In the evening,we hold a fwawerparty.It was the first experience that I was made by NATUNO!!
I had a great time in with UVIC.

8/22 ☆ Last Shopping Time

Hi, I'm Wakaba.


Today, I got up at eleven o'clock because I had gone back to the dormitory too late.

Then, I went shopping with my friends in the afternoon.

I could buy all things I want.

For example, I bought souvenir for my sister.

It is a cute key chain of bear wearing red clothes.

In addition, I also bought souvenir for my mother.

It is a T-shirt which is purple and has flower print.

About my father, I bought smoked salmon yesterday.

I tried it in the store then, and it was very tasty.

I hope everyone will like them!!


By the way, one of my dream came true today!

After shopping, we went very nice cafe shop, Venus sofia.

We have been making our plan to go there since last week.

Cakes and tees we ate were all derisious!!

Go to Vancouver

Hi, I'm Hideaki Matsuoka.

We finished our class yesterday, therefore we go to Vancouver today.

Today, we left our dorm 6:30!! It was really hard.

Somebody missed bus, but most of people went to Vancouver.

Vancouver is a very nice and beautiful city and many festivals held in Vancouver.

I was very surprised in Vancouver, there are a lot of Sutarbucks!!

If we walk 300 meter in downtown of Vancouver, we  could see 3 Sutarbucks =D

I bought some souvenir such as chocolate, smoke salmon.  

We had a good time in Vancouver.

We will come back Japan 2 days later, however I don't want to come back Japan,

because I get used to be life of canada and climate of canada is so good!!

I hope last 2 days will be fantastic day.

 

Ｆinal presentation!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi! I am Towako.

Today we had final presentation in class.

We had prepared for today's presentation for 3 weeks ,so all of us were nurvous.

However, all groups did very good presentation!

I laughed many times and I was happy to learn many things about business of Canada.

In the afternoon, we went to sydney.We could see very beautiful sea in there.

All student's faces were full of happiness and relief because we did not have to prepare for presentation.

There are only 4 days we can be in UVic so we must enjoy the rest days.

But... I played soccer with Brazilian guys.

I wasted of my power to study over night!

They are good at soccer amazingly.

Night tour!!

Hi,I am Kurumi.
Today, I got up later then usually.

So I had no time to eat some food. During first class,I was very hungry.

After the class.I went to a cafeteria with Nami. In the cafeteria, I found good taste bead.It made me happy! Since tomorrow, I will buy it almost everyday.

At second class, we had our presentation's preparations finished such as visuals.However we couldn't finish writing our texts in that time.That is to say, we have to make our report & draft in the evening. Our team have done groupwork for about 5 hours!!We finished it at 6 o'clock.

Yesterday and today, we had a lot of homework. So I couldn't do any activity;going downtown, swimming, walking ,and so on.

After having super, we went to downtown to see illumination of The Parliament building.It was very beautiful!!! I took a lot of pictures but I couldn't put them up. That is why I don't have any functions to put them up.I would like to go again in few days.

From now,I have to do my homework.
I hope that our team presentation will do!!

Hi, I'm Wakaba.

Today, we made our best to prepare for the final presentation.

In class, we studied about how to make recommendation.

Recommendation is very important part of our presentation.

We also learn how to stress or emphasise the important words.

I am not good at do that, so I was upset when I made short presentation infront of the audienence.

In the afternoon, we made teem meeting for more than 4 hours.

We wrote our reports and prepare the visuals for final presentation in that time.

I was very tired・・・

However, I hope strongly that we succeed in our presentation in 20-August!

Hi, I'm Hideaki Matsuoka

Today, also we went to class and try to make business report and make final presentation. 

Our team confront some problem, therefor, it's really hard to

complete our report. My team member make an effort to finish it!!

In the afternoon, I went to nice cafe named Venus Sophia with friends.

There has a lot of type of tea and delicious cake. Also Venus Sophia has a very 

 comfortable sofa and a nice space. I had a good time in Venus Sophia!!

This week will be a very hard to make report and presentation, 

but I will continue to living a full life in Canada!!

Hi! I'm Towako.



Recentry, Victria's temprature is so high.

When I wake up, I always sweat.



Today, I went to downtown and super market with my friends.

I bought many things, coz I don't use very much money.

For example clothes, cookies, and....Barbie and Ken!(doll)

I'll give that dolls to my 2 years old cousin.





Today I tought my speaking and hearing skill were very bad.

I could not catch what a clerk said many times.

I always say "yeah" which has no means. I think I say "yeah" just in Japan.lol

I wanna speak English very well so I'll try to speak to many Canadian.



From tomorrow we have classes again.

I hope all my classmates will come to writing class tomorrow.

Satuaday!

I woke up 10:30 it was so early than I expected, so I could all of things!

I went to restaurant which I'v gone already, but everyone wanted to go

I couldn't help it.

I hate this restaurant because everyone around me looks like soooo rich-man, and The price is amazingly high.

Unfortunately, I spent my money $30. Nice-gay working at restaurant called on more chips. That is another reason why I hate that restaurant. They do only things that bringing some water to me.

Today, there is a presentation of Valentino Chocolate.

I tried to speak no paper at presentation.

But it didn't work out.

I disappointed to my speaking skills.

Without words, Native speaker can speaks their own language easily, but they don't speaks in perfect grammar.

I think it means that "Don't be afraid to speak"

Visiting a company.

Hi, I'm kurumi.

Today,our group went to the booth of Gray Line Tours in order to interview about their business.

I think it was a good opportunity to have a experience which we visited a company and used our English in business.

There were two people  in the booth.  When we  arrived at the booth, we got a little bit nervous because that was the first time we conduct a interview about business.However they were very familiar to us.

After that,I went to downtown with  my friends.We found nice souvenir shops so I will make a list of my friend who I have to buy presents for at this night.

In Canada, daytime is very long. After dinner, we played soccer near the dormitory.It was much fun.I am looking forward to play it next time.

Tomorrow,we have to do presentation in second class. Then I will do my homework.

I hope our presentation will be chosen.

Hi, I am Wakaba.

We had many homework today, so we were very busy.

We will have practice presentation on next Friday.

Therefore we must prepare for this presentation.


However, we had a nice oppotunity.

We could heard the presentation of managers of companies in Victoria.

I'm very interested in it.

Fortunetly, we ate Roger's chocolates that the manager gave us.

It was very delicious!!!

Hello!!  I'm Hideaki Matsuoka

Today's Victoria morning temperature was a very cold and I nearly  catch cold.

But I think Victoria's weather is better than Tokyo.

I love Victoria's weather, therefor I don't want to come back Tokyo!! haha

In the class, we learn about how to make a business survey 

and how to make  a good presentation.

I think today's class was a little difficult for me.

But It is good opportunity to think how to make business survey.

Also, we have homework. We need to make business survey tomorrow.

 

After lunch, I played Frisbee with friends. Also some people played football

and went to shopping to street and slept in their room.

Some people seemed so tired today.

I hope everybody get good morning tomorrow!! lol

Hi,I'm Towako.

From today we have class again.
Many people seemed to be tired and sleepy.
I am a menber of them.
I fought against my sleepiness during class.


But in the afternoon we were fine!
Some went to dountown, other played sports.

We have nice time in UVic.
We are gradually accutomed to there.
But some people can't defeat time difference.
One person could not go to class cuz...he sitted up late!OMG



I hope all menbers can get their credits.

Today was very sunny day.

Canada is more comfortable than Japan.


We went to the big park.
There were beautiful nature, beatiful flowers woods and...sea!!!

In Tokyo, we maybe can not see such a beautifl sea.

So, we went to the ocean bay after finishing the classes.

It was very cold, so I couldn't enjoy it honestly. But, We could get special experiences that we could not get if we are in Japan!

GOING TO DOWNTOWN

Hi, I am kurumi.
Today we had first assaiment and have decided a group of presentation. We practiced about where is stress on sentences.It was difficult for me to do it like natives because Japanese have few strees.
After classes,we went to downtown with our CA. She gave us infometion about downtown and introduced a lot of places.I think that Inner harbour is the most impressive place becouse there are very lively by music and some shops which provied another country's foods.On weekend,I will go to there.
I an looking forward to visitting there.I hope to each menber have fun on weekend.

Today, we had hard schedule.

First, we had our first class, so we got many imformation from teachers.

We also took writing test and made our presentation.

There were only few audience, but we done our best!


Next, we walked around Uvic.

Uvic is very very large, so it is difficult to memorize its map.


Third, some of us went to downtown by ourself and enjoyed shopping.

At night, we took walks to beach.

It was cold, but it was very fun!


We enjoyed our life in Uvic today☆

August 3rd

Hi, I'm Hideaki Matsuoka

All member arrived at University of Victoria today!!

Today is a really hard day and all member seemed tired. 

Because we had a long long trip!!

We have a own room in the dormitory and there is very clean and good equipment.

But I think dorm's food is not good. Also many people think that!

However, we have to get used to be these food............OMG!!

I need Japanese food =D hahaha

Tomorrow, we are going to watch and walk around the university.

I hope this Uvic's life will be very fun and I want to get a lot of experience in here.
